A Lifelong Bond and a Journey of Love
Barbara, Snuggles and Dottie
The Miracle Story
Dorothy and her husband Glenn wanted children as soon as they were married, but identical twin daughters Barbara and Dorothy (called Dottie) were born seven years later in Morristown, NJ. It was a true miracle that they survived being born two months premature during WWII. Barbara weighed approximately 2¼ pounds at birth, and Dottie arrived twenty-five minutes later at approximately 1¾ pounds—she was a complete surprise!
